Breathing, Pranayama 


We’ve been busy practicing our #breathing or #pranayama to help keep ourselves #calm and #focused. Today we practiced blowing #feathers #pompoms and #pingpongballs! The older kids tried using straws to blow them- something new?. This little guy did great! Have you tried this? It’s a great technique for rainy days or learning about breath and the body.
