Little Feet yoga

Little bodies love to move and learn about the world around them! This class is a great introduction to the world of yoga geared for kids moving in the world. We’ll read books and integrate yoga poses, learn songs, play games, play with sound and quiet, develop the art of savasana or rest pose and plant the seeds of mindfulness in little bodies and minds! So much to learn and explore- join us!
For crawlers to four years.

Adult participation requested.


Wise Heart Story yoga

Combining the creative poses of yoga with our favorite books on movement, yoga, nature and animals, this class will have kids moving, Om-ing, and jumping while being entranced by the written word. Heart warming stories on life, love, family and sharing are interspersed with ringing the bells, blowing the pinwheels, playing movement games and learning the art of savasana, rest time for big and small!

For two to five years.

Adult participation highly encouraged!


Wise Heart Story yoga- Crawlers & Toddlers

These classes encourage family fun time through innovative play and calming techniques. Geared towards crawlers and toddlers, this class uses a combination of songs, music, stories and movement for children and parents to develop little bodies and minds together. Working developmentally for the age range, while encouraging confidence, strength and fun, these classes will create connections for the whole family. For crawlers up to 2 years.

Adult participation required.


Little Feet After-school yoga

This afterschool yoga class is geared towards little bodies coming into afterschool programs after a long day of focus and concentration. Filled with movement games, books, breath work, silliness and fun, we learn yoga poses, go upside down, learn to balance on one leg, two hands, even toes!  Integrating yoga poses into daily life, playing with sound and quiet, developing the art of savasana or rest pose and planting the seeds of mindfulness in little bodies and minds- this is the perfect class for afterschool.

Tailored to each program’s needs, from five years and up!


After-school Intermediate yoga

Did you practice yoga at Afterschool last year? If so, join us this year for an Intermeditate yoga class as we build strength and focus, working on inversions like handstands, forearm stands and arm balances like crow, side crow and firefly! This class will be packed with lots of movement and mindfulness as we conquer new poses and build inner strength and endurance. Come ready to get strong and focused while having fun!

Tailored for school, from seven years and up.


Girls Are Superheroes!

Superheroes are for boys AND girls and so is yoga! This class for girls encourages independence, focus, inner strength and courage to take flight in class and outside, in the world.  Accessing the core to strengthen the body, students will practice the art of flying on the mat, going upside down and even sideways to build strength and focus outward.  A unique mix of games, books, breath work and mindfulness, girls will discover that a superheroes’ strength comes from within. 

Girls seven and up.


Boys Do Yoga!

Boys Do yoga is a space for boys to bring their unique energies and inquisitiveness as they learn the fundamentals of yoga. This active class focuses on building core strength, while engaging in games and challenges that focus the mind and body. Most importantly, students learn mindfulness tools and skills in learning how to calm the mind and harness their energy by jumping, inverting and gently easing into savasana, rest time and OM.  It’s a place for boys to find stillness within. 

Boys seven and up.


Kids are Superheroes!

Superheroes are for KIDS and so is yoga!  This class encourages focus, inner strength and inquisitiveness as kids learn the fundamentals of yoga and discover that a superheroes’ strength comes from within.  A unique mix of games, books, breath work and mindfulness, students will practice the art of flying on the mat, going upside down and even sideways to build strength and inner focus, then ease into savasana, rest time and OM.  Most importantly, students learn essential skills in learning how to calm the mind and harness their energy to find stillness within.

Kids five and up.


Little Feet Family yoga

These classes encourage family bonding through innovative play.  Children and parents learn a wide repertoire of yoga poses, creative movement, breathing games and relaxation techniques evocative of the natural and animal world around them.  Stories and music are integrated to make the classes fun and light for the whole family, encouraging confidence, strength and family bonding.

Families with children up to eight years.

Little Feet Grand-Family yoga

Bring generations of your family together in this special “Grand-family” yoga workshop!  Grandparents or family elders are invited to attend this special class that encourages family bonding through innovative play.  Tailored for all ages- children, parents and grandparents, the whole family will laugh, learn and have fun through simple yoga poses, creative movement, breathing games and relaxation techniques evocative of the natural and animal world around them.  Stories and music are integrated to make the class fun and light for the whole family, encouraging confidence, strength and familial bonding.

Grand Families with children up to eight years.

Class adjusted for all levels and ages, beginners welcome!
